Welcome to FurrBuddie ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our website furrbuddie.com and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of FurrBuddie. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and details as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or other content are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. Slight variations may occur.

3. Order Acceptance and Pricing


All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.


4. Shipping and Delivery


FurrBuddie uses third-party suppliers to fulfill orders (dropshipping model). As a result, shipping times may range from 7-11 days depending on the product and destination.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or high demand.
Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations


Customers may request a return or refund within 2 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition/packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at furrbuddie@gmail.com with your order number.
Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, some items may not be eligible for return (e.g., personalized items, final sale items) — this should be clearly marked on the product page.
Orders may be canceled before shipment; once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but a return can be requested after delivery.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability


FurrBuddie acts as an intermediary between the customer and third-party suppliers/manufacturers. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Products should be used as intended; we are not responsible for misuse or injury (relevant for pet products — e.g., supervise pets during use of toys).


8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, images, text, and design — is the property of FurrBuddie and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to defraud us, interfere with site operation, or submit false information when placing orders.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
